STEP 2: We Verify The Customer

Once you have identified a potential equine customer, have them contact us! Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will conduct a short phone interview with them to determine their eligibility.

  • We ask about their facility.
  • We ask about their cattle, horses and livestock.
  • We ask about any industry participation/involvement.
  • We thoroughly review applicants to make sure they are eligible/right for the program.
  • It’s that easy!

STEP 3: We Make It Easy

Once eligibility of your customer is confirmed, we will forward you an approval email which includes the program pricing or incentive guide with a step by step list to a successful equine sale. Once the sale is complete, email or fax us the final invoice. We will review it, put our approval stamp on it and send it back to you. From there, you can submit your rebate claim as you normally would for settlements.

STEP 4: Increase Customer Satisfaction

A customer who saves is a happy customer.

Remember the accessories in the program, build the sale value while saving the customers money. They can save more, and you can win more sales!

Be sure to let the customers know about the Exmark “hydro program” which doubles the hydraulics warranty.

Sell the customer what they will need for their first oil change, which per Exmark, is due after the first 5 hours of use.
