About Jaida
Jaida Alee is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science and Management with a double minor in Business and International Business. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, she was introduced to horse racing at a young age and developed a deep-rooted passion for the equine and racing industries. Her enthusiasm for the field led her to Lexington, where she has worked with notable organizations such as the Keeneland Association and Gainesway Farm. In addition to her equine background, Jaida has a strong interest in visual arts and basketball. Jaida is proud to be a member of the Equine & Ranch Rewards marketing team and is excited to contribute to the company’s growth. As part of the next generation entering the equine industry, she is committed to preserving its legacy and ensuring its continued relevance—through work she finds genuinely fulfilling.
