About Kyla
Kyla Walsh is a dual graduate of Murray State University with Bachelor’s in Equine Business Management and Creative Writing. During her time at Murray State she competed, and captained, both equestrian teams. Over the 2023 summer, she interned at The Miner Institute in New York as an Equine Management Intern. Originally from Buckner, Kentucky, Kyla and her horse competed in the hunter and equitation disciplines. Through learning and growing with her horse the last 10 years, she developed a love for the Thoroughbred breed in particular. This led her to Lexington, where she is now the Equine and Ranch Rewards Sales Lead and can’t wait to help fellow farmers save.
